First holograms using Integraf Kit

by Nana » Sun Dec 02, 2018 4:58 am

I learned about holograms recently and absolutely fell in love with the idea. I got the integraf kit to start out with, and while I'm far from where I want to be, here are the results of some of my very first holograms. :)

Tamagotchi, Coin, and Pachinko Ball (first hologram)

Picture in a frame

Pyramid made out of a cut up lenticular

Monster made out of bouncy balls (regular (non-FSM) mirrors in the background; they only seem to reflect light used to illuminate the hologram. I imagine these reflecting onto the plate caused the image to be dimmer.

And most recently, a 2.5 x 5" hologram of a doll by attaching two plates together. The hair and cloth flowers turned out better than I expected, especially for not having an isolation table. Want to try this again with a better angle and stage sometime.

I still have a long way to go, but I'm absolutely loving my first experiences with making holograms.
