yes nice job Jem .......... now you need to refine the skills in lighting, as the object could use several reflectors hidden around you object, and possibly to expand the referance beam a bit and shoot larger film! ;) (you have 35 mw to play with), find the table's maximum exposuer times and adjust ...

hi Jem, these 30x are rare and super hard to find. why dont you place a weak lens on the output side of the spatial filter and simply adjust the divergence that way? If the correct lens is used(like a Meniscus) no artifacts will be seen from this lens as its not going to focus anything just slightly...

yes you are correct Phil as i do have one. i have only been able to make a feeble 6 inch deep one beam transmission test shot, its been too cold to shoot anything in my lab! it need to warm up a bit..........
