I think Dinesh Padiyar could make this hoe in DCG.
We can produce the photopolymer for contact copy if volume holograms are necessary.

Rotate a polarizing beam splitter cube
That's a good point, it could be better. You can push that really far too with some components depending on their shape. I used to buy 670 wave plates. I could get them surplus for about 5 bucks each. Since they were 12mm I could tilt them in the beam so far they worked fine with 632.8! I would use...

This is the way the optical holography is moving, the future justify it because for practical applications like HOEs and display holograms, photopolymers applied in pixels is the best way to achieve high quality working and fidelity..

"The hard part is in figuring out how to do dust free lamination."
One solution is use a large adhesive tape to remove the dust from the glass just before lamination. Resting the dust from air, the contamination will be very low.

Holograms trobuleshooting help
Arturo the plate on this setup isn't moving down? The edge of plate may be need to be secured and resting on the left side onto mirror? The plate is resting on the emulsion side? Try rest it on the glass side because the photopolymer is soft, guess is the Bayer one, is still relatively soft before p...

Dinesh because is a mirror Lippmann reconstruction I used the forecast daylight reconstruction, or outdoor source.. I don't know how is the normal cloudy day temp colour? Primary result is not optimized, unbalanced dye mix principally on blue, gave a green colour on the original white one, but the f...

This is a test pattern of a laser (PicoP) full colour Lippmann patterns image onto a experimental Polygrama photopolymer. Laser lines, 450 nm, 532 nm, 640 nm. Polygrama film monolayer, full colour spectrum sensitivity. Exposure time, 30 sec. Film laminated onto aluminum foil. http://m.ak.fbcdn.net/s...
