IANAL, but... In the statue example, both the hologram (or photograph or...) and the "replace the head with a skull" would come under "derivative works" protection under copyright. The still life example, not so much. Neither the apples nor grapefruit would be protected under cop...

Were those holograms made with the stock diode laser included in the Lithiholo kit or one of the 200 mW modules you acquired? I'm curious, too, what 200 mW diodes you acquired that worked well since most tend to mode hop.
