This was a "contest" of sorts between me and Tom for the most kitsch hologram. Here's my entry:

Yes, a worthy effort. I forget who was declared winner, but in my own mind it's ME ME ME
Behold the awesome "HoloKitsch Phantasia":

I guess it has to be an attachment to be seen inline. The heck with it. Click on the link if you dare.

Why don't we let the forum members decide? What about it? Who do you all think is the winner? This would be in line with Jeff's idea of friendly competition.

Hello Dinesh and Tom,

My vote has to go to Tom, it's close, both are very kitsch.......but the pearls in the eyes are so cheesy it put his over the winners line first by a nose :-) Photo finish, pun intended.

This was my point from a previous post.
Tom's hologram is beuatifully lit and photographed so without seeing both of them in person I have to select Tom's
He also has edge of the artist composition
I wish we could get a better look at Dinesh's color sheme a bit better
This is like choising between Jessica Alba and Scarlett Johansson, I would take either one home 8-)

I think I ended up with a copy of Dinesh's holo. Maybe that was the prize?
I'll try to find it, take a decent picture of it and upload if successful. It
deserves a good pic.

I feel the same way as Tony. The photo of Tom's holo is much better than the photo of Dinesh's... makes it hard to make a fair comparison. From what I can see Tom's has the edge.

P.S. Wish I could do half as well as either!

I think this actually gives Dinesh the advantage in the Kitsch competition . In my mind, the kitsh piece is the one that is least artistically done. No offense to Dinesh, but the drab placement of the common objects gives him the advantage.
Tom's holo brings a little more interest to the common objects
Observations about the quality of the photography are on point.
