Dinesh,

Good work. It looks very attractive and "clean." From a sales-generation perspective, you might want to consider:
  • Make it easy to get to your "technical site versus display site" pages from every page. Your corporate logo should link to the "choice" page no matter which page you're on.
  • In "about us," few prospects will read blocks of text. Choose a landing page on which you offer a bullet-point list of typical jobs, or technical challenges that you've solved.
  • What's the difference between Technical Team and Technical Biographies?
  • On "what can T-T do for you..." what do you mean by take your written communications to the next level? Was that WordPress default text?
  • I need to click on "services" in order to get to the long text list of services you've provided. Okay, I stand by my recommendation that you find a quick way to summarize your capabilities on one of the first pages that your prospects see.For example, check out how we laid this out:
http://www.opticsforhire.com - we used the rolling-image format to quickly summarize our skills, and then have a separate page for each "services"
  • Of course, finish detailing your Publications page with full citations
  • Oh, I see, the right-most link in the header takes us to your display site...
Whoops! My kids woke up. Happy to continue on your Display Site when I get a chance.

Looks good! Now comes the hard work of very carefully choosing what to say, and how to visually present it in a bite-sized format.
Also I imagine WordPress adds some challenges to layout, because it is blog-post-based. I'm sure you'll figure out a work around.

Woah!

Your landing page for the Display holography site is so beautiful. But you should consider hyperlinking EVERY nice photo on http://www.3d-expressions.com/home.html to an opportunity for the visitor to BUY something, rather than only showing a magnified photo. It takes a 1-2 seconds too long to figure out where to click "buy," even though you offer a contact-us button.

Thanks!

Gregg, thanks for all the comments. Actually, the wordsmithing was the most difficult part. It took us several days to massage the text into a final form and by the end I was too burned out to check it carefully enough. So, there is no difference between Technical Team and Technical Biographies. In fact, there are no actual biographies on that page at all! At one time Joy wanted to link our resumes on that page, but I felt that potential clients would be more interested in our past clients and our services than in us, per se, so the "biography" part is a hangover from that discussion. Of course, this leads into your point that those services need to be instantly accessible. Good idea on instant summary of skills and accomplishments.

I like the sites but not too impressed with the door....alltho it simple..I think it can be better ...love the idea with the 3d branding...with the city parks and recreation publications and website they stress the need for branding with every publication or event...so 3d branding is a big plus...love the color very eye catching and thats what you need..also I would suggest having a face book page ..you could link it to your own face book page..we use face book with parks and recreation...a very valuable tool...maybe add "like us on face book" ther are a few sites on the web that can judge your site for hot spots...navigation...we use this tools at the city to keep our site Contemprol and fast and user friendly.. also you might benifit from http://www.google.com/analytics/ we use this to trak on the hits on our site for Demographics......need help call me I have been trained by the city in this area :D I can pass it on to you bro

If you have not done it, install Google Analytics onto the site an monitor it. It gives me a great idea for where people came from, how long they stayed and what they looked at.

I have found that small tweaks can keep longer and get them deeper into the web pages. Most visitors will only see you splash page.
