Issues with forum server

Hello Everyone,

Just noticed that the forum was not reachable for several days due to an issue with the database. This problem has been fixed.

I am very sorry for the downtime.

Looks like there may be an IP address mis-match between HOLOFORUM.ORG and A2.NO-IP.ORG.

When trying to get to the forums using the normal DNS name, it gets blocked by a router loop in Austria. I'd guess the server's IP address changed, and the change made it to the NO-IP.ORG name servers, but not the other.

Thank you for reporting. I wasn't able to pinpoint the cause for the mismatch, both domain names should point to the same ip. If you experience this issue again, it would be much appreciated if you could let me know.

You know, I never even thought to look up your email address in the Internic Whois database. Now, I feel stupid! (I'll get over it, though.

)
