Why do you post this in a holography forum if you don't specify these diodes to run single longitudinal mode? The logo of your company, taken literally, seems not very promising. And indeed I checked randomly some of the data sheets and concluded that these diodes are unsuitable for holography. I consider this (double) posting as spam.
