The biggest problem I see is that beer is a precursor for an explosive device. It can easily be concentrated by vacuum, freeze or heat distillation methods into a incendiary device.

Fertilizer is everywhere, can't be made safe and is trivial to turn into a bomb ... but I won't be able to buy acetone any more?

Thank you Germany ... sigh.

PS. either they are being extremely secretive about what they are doing so they can present it as a fait accompli, or nothing much is happening with the CBRN action plan at least as far as household chemicals is concerned, for the moment.
