I sent this as a private message to one of our members but I though it might be helpful for everyone.

Don't worry I struggle a little with it too. At the top of the post you want to post there is a button in the right titled quote. This will quote all of the text. Then you can select and delete any text you don't want. Or you can use the tags.
I am not a crook.
will quote and attribute.

Instead of retyping use cut and paste.

In the new forum there are two ways of linking to an image. If it is on another website then:

Will show the image, yourimage.jpg off of yoursite.com.

Now, in the new forum at the bottom of the posting page there are some ways to upload an image to this forum without hosting the picture somewhere else. Underneath the buttons to Save, Preview and Submit there is a link called “upload attachment”. This opens a box you can browse for files on your computer to upload. If you add a comment it is helpful to me later. This is limited to about 50K in size.

After you have uploaded the file you can place the cursor where you want the file to appear and hit the button “place inline”.

I hope this helps.

If you don't have an image processing utility you might try this one:

I use photoshop but it was very expensive.
