Some of my old holograms

Image plane transmission hologram HeNe 6 mW 4x5 from 3 beam 4x5 H1
PFG 01 or 03 cant remember
(the tail of the Scorpion and the Claw almost 2 inch in front of plate)

Denisyuk holograms 4x5 same laser all

All iluminated with a Luxeon led amber

Even with my cablenet conection it took a while to load all those pics! I try to keep it down to one or at most two pics per post and the file size to a minimum.

Anyway, I really liked the second last bug pic. The natural instinct for holographers is to try to fill the frame with stuff, and the small subject surrounded by inky blackness was a refreshing change.

For these HeNe exposures, did you need to use TEA preswelling to shift the replay wavelength to work well with the amber LED, or was 632 nm close enough?
