OK here we go,
The method for this plate was
Mold process (1 ply tape)
1-12-100 film
The age is 24 hours
The fixer was 1:7 for paper kodak rapid fixer with hardener for 20 seconds
The rinse was only 1 minute (because of the lessen amount of AmDi)
IPAs 70/30% 10sec 90'F
30/70% 10sec 90'F
91% 10 sec 90'F
100% 110'F 1.5 minutes
The wavelength was 457nm (10 seconds)

Hey Dave, if you are out there, thanks for your advise.
I managed to reduce greenies on some to almost nothing by adjusting exposure time and expanding the beam.
I think next week I will try film thick using an idea Danny told me about.
On my 5X12 mold plates I will apply 2 thickness of tape on one side and 1 (or 0) plys on the other. This would make a wedge of film and I can figure out the optimal thickness.
How can I push this even more the the red?
Below was the results.
