Rainbow Transmission!

I think I'll call this one "The Squatters".

That birdbath almost definitely isn't zoned residential, but the family of birds has moved right in...

Image

Seriously though, it's an adorable little figurine. We have fun.

The image is my first rainbow transmission ever and I'm absolutely delighted at how bright rainbows are

What you see is an image-planed H2 white light transmission
in the form of 1/4 of a 4x5 sheet of VRP-M
transferred from 4x5 VRP-M transmission master
H2 exposed to ~50µjoules/cm²
Processed in JD-2 and potassium dichromate bleach
Marks from Scotch tape visible around edges

I think rainbows are great! The photo of course doesn't do it justice; this image is stunningly realistic (even in rainbow colors)

Mornin', Dave.

I generated the laser line for reconstructing the master by lancing a raw object beam through a clear glass rod.

Well done Justin, photos rarely do justice. A video such as what Dave did would be great but I know it is not always pratical.

Thanks, Dutch! :D

I would dearly love to capture some video of the rainbow magic, but I do not at this time have video capability of suitable resolution. If I can borrow a high-megapixel camera sometime soon, I will surely post some video.
