yes according to sam it will... though some of the cooling will be lacking and you will need to add extra TEC circuts, hes says the 215 controller can be used to short test a 315 head.

I'm looking for a backup controller for if my 315 controller goes belly up. It looks like the 215 will do in a pinch.

He lists the C215M for $159 w/ controller and head every few weeks or so. I bought some a while back and they all were good!

Has the laser arrived ? What type of hologram will you do first with it? These Green lasers do very well in DCG holography ...........good luck with it and let us know how you make out........
