any one knows how to get a volume 3d display, like view a moving animal in 3d by laser.

It depends on what exactly you mean. There are numerous methods of viewing in "3D" such as lenticular displays, that enable you to see in 3D with little or no perspective. These will allow you to see motion in 2D or a 3D display of a static object. Holography will not show motion in 3D in the traditional multiplex or lenticular method, but will make a 3D image of a series of photographs taken around the animal. Of course CG will do this too. There are autostereoscopic methods that will take 2D frames and convert them by some algorithmic criteria, DDD for example (http://www.ddd.com/). There's Actuality Systems (http://www.actuality-systems.com/). But if you want to see a moving animal in full color and normal size moving in free space and activated somehow by a laser, I don't think that's possible.
