8) I've had to coin a term because I don't know if this is real or not. In the pilot episode of "Automan", Walter shows Roxanne pictures of celebrities he used to create a human-looking hologram. A similar thing was done in the movie "Pixel Perfect". Is there a scientific basis for taking dozens of different features to create a unique computer generated hologram?

I don't think you need one. Once something's in a computer, it's all digital bits and can be combined in any way you like.
