Above 37% or so HCL is a solid. I would bet that Muriatic acid calls 37% = 100%. Pool supply is an odd form of chemistry. I keep it at 37% at work and it fumes if you open the bottle. If your HCL does not fume then it has been diluted from 37%.

Thank you Ahmet for posting the method. Think I will stik with electrlysis and another HCl.

I think you are right, they probably call 37% as 100%.
