how i made hologram mb dcg

hi all
i need to made ahologram by methyelen blue but i donot know how i maked it
can any one help me .
i need know the materials and the pH of the liquid, and the exposure time of film if i used (He-Ne ) by power 0.2 mw. the distance between the film and laser.

i donot have the TMG is there insted of this materials? can you told to me what it and how much i put to made holography plates of MBDCG
