What type of camera do people usually use to record holograms digitally?
I have 3 requirements:
Smaller than 5 um pixel pitch.
Bigger than 0.5 inches diagonal.
Also, preferably without a cover plate. The cover plates add newton rings and moire patterns. This might not be necessary.
I need this for a college research project. I'm using a PointGrey camera now but the resolution is not the best and the size is small. Size matters in this case
