Well its finally happened, after soooo many years digital holograms have come to my lab. Ill be showing you all an amazing little pico projector (that Justin was brave enough to butcherize) and is easily adapted to work on your holography table! Last night was a first sucessful test using my SUPER SIMPLE lab-built slit advance
machine.....................
pictures to follow, i need to re size them all!

Hi Kaveh,Sucessful test shots have been made already. i did a test shot last night using my slit advance machine with 6 side by side exposuers (.250") with no settle time inbetween shots!

ok another test shot was taken last night, these stereoscopic images were recorded using a Flip video and sent to Justin's lab where he patiently recentered 32 pictures and returned them back to me. Using images #12-#20 a simple test was preformed and the system worked perfectly except on the first exposure (i forgot to get the cursor out of the picture). The slit advance machine was made using a small timing motor with a take up pulley and a sled is pulled at a precise time interval to coincide with the slit width. I make these postings so others interested in making their own digital systems will be able to do the same and improve on their design ...........
The actual skull image is 8 inches tall and is at a depth of 14", if anyone IS interested in converting the optima PK201 projector PM me and i can send you a photo file on how it was done
