Looking for Internship

Hey all
I am a student at SAIC. I am looking to intern under someone and learn more about holography. I have a basic knowledge about holograms and very little about optics and lasers. I am bubbling with ideas to make holograms and would love to intern under someone who is willing to take me as an assistant and teach me at the same time.
I live in chicago currently and I am a senior at school. I could learn outside chicago in summer or after december 08(after i graduate).
I look forward to hearing from anybody that could help me learn or teach me or refer me to somebody that could help me learn and gain experience.
