Hi All.
Back from the dead:) Am in the middle of moving permanently from Australia to France and was hoping to be there by now in time to catch up with everyone at Portugal. Unfortunately I won't be arriving until the beginning of September. I am working towards another large hologram and hopefully will catch up with some of you across the chunnel and in Europe.

No, ISDH cycle is three years. The next ISDH will be then in 2021, maybe at MIT (Boston, USA).

Have any of the presentations been videoed and made available to the public?
I did see a short clip of some holograms being displayed, but that's all.

There were cameras in the room, hopefully they captured everything. As far as I know, the videos are not available yet. It takes a lot of time if the organizers want to synchronize the video with the slides (as for ISDH 2012 videos, thanks to Kaveh). There are also plans to publish the slides.
You can take a look at https://www.facebook.com/isdh2018/ for up to date info.

Anyway, you can try to contact the conference staff if they still have some proceedings left.

Do you think it possible they'd be willing to have the conference proceedings posted on the wiki?

I have no idea. You can send an email to isdh2018@gmail.com and offer that.
Anyway, even links to published proceedings and presentations would be great.
