Have the 2015 ISDH Proceedings been published? I'd like to get a copy.

Hi, John,
as far as I know, they were not published officially yet. It would be the best to contact Alkis Lembessis for info, either on the facebook/Holography forum, or directly at http://www.hih.org.gr/en/home/contacts.html.

They were published, I saw a copy at ISDH 2018, but they wanted 60 Euros for them regardless of whether you were a participant or not, to cover the cost of the hologram on the cover, according to Hans. He also said that David Radcliffe had brought only 7 of them. Maybe Hans or Alkis or someone from ITMO, the sponsoring site, should weigh in here with the facts. http://isdh2015.ifmo.ru/

That's a pity.
Most of us on this forum can make our own holograms.
However, I have not seen a photo of the one used for the cover.
