Is there any online archive of Rich Rallison's wisdom and recommendations for all things DCG, or maybe did anyone harvest the information and willing to share?

It is now almost a year and a half since his untimely passing, so it is not surprising that his personal website is long gone.

yeah the information on that homepage was pure gold.
you canfind most of it on the waybackmachine.
like for example here

Is it possible to import these documents into this forum and use it like a library?
Not just Rallison papers but others as well.

You might be ok with Rallison's web pages, but most of the others are journal articles with copyright held by the publisher. Making them available here would be a big no-no.

Does anybody know how to contact the people at Rallisons lab - Ralcon? The email addresses on the archived website don't seem to work. My mails keep bouncing back to me.

I don't know if Ralcon still exists. Before Rich Rallison passed away, I think the township shut his business down due to zoning violations.
