Is this call burn in effect?

There may be movement during your exposure. Simplify your developing process so you can figure out how your process is affecting the result. Fix your hologram by exposing it to a 100 watt lightbulb for 30 seconds instead of a fixer. Wash in water for upto 5 minutes, then 70% IPA, then 99% IPA.

Touch your plate to the subject of the hologram, so if there is movement, then everything will move together.

Don't try to have your plate "hover" above your subject. Try simply placing your plate (emulsion side down) on a pile of screws. Let it settle for 5-10 minutes, then turn on the laser (preferably remotely). Aim for a 5x5cm hologram to start, which should need only 2-4 minute exposure time, depending on how much light is being lost.

Try to strike the plate at brewser's angle (56 degrees) to minimise reflection. You can find this angle experimentally by observing the amount of light being reflected onto a wall.

So the left side 1min is call Narrow band and right side 5min is call Broadband right? Or I just overexposed it.

Is it better to get closer to 90degree or 56degree is the best?

If I do a bigger plate do I have to change a develope time in each bath?

Nice! Yes, 56 degrees is about right for glass.

I would try screws next, as this will test whether you can get some depth. The coin holograms are very shallow, almost appearing as photographs.

Bigger plates will need more time in both water and IPA, as you need to wash out more dichromate and dehydrate more surface area.

Just keep at, don't change too many variables at once and keep good notes.

I post every hologram I make, whether good or bad onto YouTube with some info in the title describing the parameters of the exposure.

Keep at it!

The easiest way to get the correct angle for minimum reflection, is to place an uncoated piece of glass, a slide in your case on
your setup and adjust the angle of your laser beam to give you minimum reflection of the beam on your ceiling.

I have a very similar setup and that is what I do. I don't measure angles.

Hello

Update test for depth

I have another one but it is not very good in depth.
Just an inch away from the upper part, too blur to see anything.
Is there any way to increase the depth? Or I miss some things?

Hello

My plate looks dimmer and not clear.
Is this because old emulsion, my develop is bad or under/over exposed ?

How can I get rid of that fringe line while using mirrors?
