Old plates

Post by John Klayer »

I just found an unopened box of PFG-03C plates with a production date of April 2004 and some Agfa 8E75 NAH from June 1995. Any bets if this stuff is still any good?

The Agfa is probably good. The PFG probably not. Check out some links to the wiki here written by Jeff Blyth about reviving them, plus there was a Facebook discussion on some PFG revival recently. And there is the seminal paper on reviving plates here: http://edweslystudio.com/Publications/recycle.pdf

Have fun!
