holograms with frequency doubled yag?

I am a student at Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) and am doing hologra[hy as my final project. I am having some problems getting my holos to come out. I am using the green plates from Integraf and am shooting with a frequency double yag. I am trying to figure out the exposure time and power to have some succesful shoots. I have shot from ms to 20s @4mW and up. I only have about 10 plates left, so please help.

I think we need some more information. Can you show a photo of the setup?
