I received a book for the holidays that I already own. Fortunately, it came with a gift receipt from Borders. So, I was wondering if anyone cared to chime-in on a recommendation for a good holography book to supplement my meager collection (I already own the Holography Handbook).
BTW, the book I received was Annals of the Former World by John McFee; an excellent, excellent read for anyone interested in geology.

If you don't have it Graham Saxby's book is a don't miss book.

Thanks Colin. Sounds like Saxby's is the book to get.

For historical reference, "The Laser in America" by Bromberg and Holographic Visions by Johnston are both great reads and excellent bookcase fillers. I'd also recommend "Silver-Halide Recording Materials" by Bjelkhagen. It has the most post-it notes sticking out of its top than any other on my bookshelves.

Thanks Bob. Great stuff. This is why I started this thread; it's an opportunity to gain from the wonderful collective knowledge on this forum.
