The specs look good. The 80 mW free space laser would be nice! Two issues. Price? I bet on the order of $20,000 USD or maybe more? Also you really have to make sure there is NO optical feedback with any stabilized diode laser; at least one optical isolator is good anyway. Please find out the pricing; red is hard to find with long coherence at reasonable cost. Also optica coated for HeNe would work...the wavelength is closr by design I suppose.
