I stumbled across this doing a search for available photopolymers for holography, and Glenn was kind enough to allow me to post his information.:
Aprilis has been selling developmental media designed for data storage applications. No chemical development is required, and holograms are produced during the course of exposure. Most of our work has been using transmission holography, but the media should work in reflection under the right exposure conditions. The media is relatively thick: our standard product thickness is 400 microns. The materials are sensitive at 532 nm, and are sandwiched between glass substrates that are coated with an antireflection coating.. Media can be purchased for $400 per 2"x2" coupon.
