I know this isn't holography or even laser related but hey, what better way to get to know one another then post personal stuff about us. I just got back from a skateboarding competetion that my 8 year old was invited to. It was the finals for the Grom contest. We drove to West Chester PA yesterday about 1:00 PM. Arrived at 3:00PM. He practiced until 9:00PM. Then this morning got there about 8:30am. Competition was until 7:00 PM toninght. He qualified months ago, being top 10 out of 50 skaters in MD. Then the finals, which is what we atteneded yesterday was about 70 finalist skaters from about 15 states. He came in 2'nd in his heat. There were three heats. He then finished 19'th overall. We were so proud. He is only 8 and has been skateboarding for only 2 years. I am telling you this because if you see a skateboarder, say hi and encourage him, it is like holography, ....not understood.
