Does anyone know what happened to the LOET resource? I used to reference it often. Is it available in printed form? I have tried to contact them but I have gotten no reply.

I get the feeling that this site is ot an authorised mirror of the LEOT information. Since I find it so valuable I found a program called WebWhacker and was able to download his whole site. He has an interesting paper on the physics of racing.
