Do it. A "PCG" Gathering doesn't require months of planning. Any place where two or more people get together to share information and document the event can qualify.

Darn, I swear I could not tell this exhibit was last year. I saw copyright 2006 as the only date on the page and thought it was this year. Now that I decided I might really attend I looked up the date and Feb 28th is not a Monday but a Tuesday this year. It was a Monday last year.

I will call to confirm, but I bet it was last Feb.
