Ebay "Hologram" problem/PROJECT

Dear Holographers,

eBay customer support have advised me that this issue concerning "Hologram" cannot be resolved by my lone action, and to succeed requires the support of others.

This suggestion that I.. "Rally the support of my colleagues" is the end of what I can personally achieve. The only way this may advance now is through messages to ebay from many,
AND.. letters to the following address..

Any ebay user has the right to report that the search list returned for word "Hologram" is unacceptable.

A letter on a Holography letterhead, would probably have more influence concerning expertise than mine, which is included below.

All information concerning my actions on this issue have been reported here and my personal involvement is now ended.

Dear eBay office of the President,

I have been working within ebay stated rules to improve the situation concerning "Hologram" at ebay, often discussed on the International Holography Forum and identified as unacceptable.
Using your rule .. Quote.. "Keyword spamming" returns listings in which the buyer may have no interest ..
(This must refer to 700+ DVD's in the search list returned "Hologram" for sale at ebay.? ) There are 15 - 25 Holograms in the list also.
finding them is.. (Quote) "a poor shopping experience"
although I have reported them all for the last 4wks, and the rules state..
offenders will be .. warned, listings removed, and accounts suspended,
It appears that this action is not taking place,
because DVD sellers reported on the first day, and every day since, (3wks+)
are still making the same listing offence today.
I fear that, ebay staff, at safety and security,
who are receiving these reports have not seen the ebay statements (in "Quotes" above)
and not Knowing this meaning of the term .."Keyword spamming".. are not acting on reports.
Would you PLEASE TAKE WHATEVER ACTION REQUIRED TO INFORM the staff at safety and security who are receiving these reports, of the above information stated in ebay rules that they appear not to be acting on, so that this meaning of the term "Keyword spamming" may be understood by staff dealing with daily reports, and the situation will clear up as new listings that use existing listings as reference adopt (copy-cat) more correct terminology.
Staff I have spoken with at customer support have been very polite and helpful and confirm that my interpretation and action are correct and welcomed by ebay, but cannot enable safety and security staff to act on this matter, and have given your address to me in order to resolve this problem.
(I have worked 8 hours a day on this for almost a month!)
A more complete explanation of this situation is contained in previous letters, that received no reply, and should probably have been sent to you in the first place.
I would appreciate it if you would review the situation and reply to me concerning this important matter.

Dear eBay Customer Support,

A Hologram is a 3 dimensional photographic image with depth
and parallax, recorded on high resolution film or plate by coherent
laser light, or Embossed on metallized foil. (Collectable)

Holograms are found in all categories at ebay ..
jewellery, photography, books, comics, Records,
CD and DVD covers, collectors cards, post-cards,
postage stamp issues, Stickers, Key-rings,
wrist-watch and Clock faces, sunglasses,
Motocross Goggles.. etc..

The Search List returned for "Hologram" is spammed by many items
that are not a hologram for sale.
When I search to buy a Hologram on ebay I get a list of 100's
of NOT-Holograms .. 800+ (17 pages).
But only 10-20 actual Holograms.
All 800 items of "Keyword Spamming" are items that should not
have the word HOLOGRAM in the TITLE because the item for sale
is not a Hologram. (3D laser-photo image for sale)
These offending items do not have the word Hologram in the DESCRIPTION,
so a description only search would not put them in the search List
returned for "Hologram". But this is not possible and the default search is TITLE and this would miss many items in other categories.
If the item for sale is not a Hologram why allow
the word to be included in the TITLE...?
I have reported over 1,000 cases, and am now reporting every
case of incoming, Hologram Search List, Keyword Spamming.
Please read the message included below, the "items" in
question vary and are not included in the message body,
but are listed following the letter.
(there are many instances).
My logic is that if all cases of Keyword Spamming reported
are upheld by ebay .. ebay users posting New Listings, and
using existing listings as reference, will not copy/offend,
therefore causing the present flow of Keyword Spamming to
eventually stop. I have invested considerable time now. BUT. If ebay does not uphold its rules on "Keyword Spamming" when these cases are
reported, all of this effort is wasted.

Hi .. When I search to buy a Hologram on ebay I get a list of 800+
NOT-Holograms including this item.
This item shouldn't have the word HOLOGRAM in the TITLE because the item
is a ..

On ebay the TITLE is used by search .. so if your item for sale is not a
"Hologram" = 3D image with depth and parallax recorded on plate or film
by coherent (laser) light ..
and you use the word Hologram in your title .. it is called "KEYWORD
SPAMMING".
Please use the word HOLOGRAPHIC or another spelling to avoid this ebay
offence.
Please do not take this personally, I am reporting all cases of Keyword
spam in the Hologram search list and have written to explain what is happening out of
politeness..
