Skulls!!

Bob Hess posted over in Facebook land (blech!!!) about holograms of human skulls. Here is what he had to say:
I have two old holograms of human skulls made in DCG, and both are 5x7" plates. Obviously different skulls. I wonder how many variations of this hologram are out there? I know the skull is probably the most popular holographic image, and wish there could be a show of just holographic skulls. There are a lot of them! Anyway, can anyone identify the makers of these two images? Doug Miller?
*sniff* Sure wish Bob had thought to post here. *sniff* *sniff*
Still. We can take our lead from Bob Hess by dedicating a thread, here, to skulls.
Here are the two of which he spoke:

I'm baaaaaack! So in honour of the coming holiday, let's see how many skull holograms we can show. I'll satar it off after the long break with my brother John's work "Spectre of Los Angeles" from 1989. He made the sculptures and the composition, I made the holograms. The reflection transfer is 5x7" and from two 30x40cm plate masters, with the image fully projected. Nothing happy about a skull with a full set of teeth.

Wonderful! Any info or credits to share? Is it for sale?
I wonder how many unique holograms of skulls exist? 100? Lots more? I wonder how many have been made in the 4 years since my original post? I still like them. Seems like a suitable goal for a collector. C'mon everybody .... show us your skulls!!!
