"Little Guy" in a different color:
I bought a 589nm yellow laser to make my cave transmission holograms look more natural. Cave formations are only red and green in places like Ruby Falls.

Yellow Laser!
Good thinking! Another path to "natural color" holography!
Not unlike the path Steve Provence, who was a master of the achromatic tip angle, chose; he said his contribution to the world of true color holography was to holograph black & white objects in this mode! (silver watches in particular!)

Yellow Laser!
I just wish yellow lasers would get down to the $10 price range like the green ones. $600 is a bit steep just to display a hologram in a more natural light. I'm sure glad my wife appreciates my hobby.
