Just got my sample polymer from Geola. has anyone tried it yet and what is the processes for using it. any info?
You need to peel the backing off the film and laminate it onto a piece of glass. Discard the clear plastic backing. The darker, thicker film is the polymer. Use an ink roller or something similar to get all the air bubbles out.
Then you can use it like a holographic plate, the film side should be facing the object.
The exposure sensitivity curves should've been included with your package. It's self-developing so that's pretty much all you need to know, I think.
I experimented with using heat after the exposure to help develop the polymer, and I *think* it made the hologram brighter.
